Project Description

The 40-year-old Irwindale brewery located along the 210 Freeway, most known as the Miller Brewery for its iconic Miller sign towering above the Interstate as passengers speed by, is the largest and one of only a few breweries located on the West Coast.  The brewery brews brands such as Miller Lite, Coors Light, Miller High Life, Pabst and other Molson Coors Brands for a total of 4.8 million barrels of beer annually.

Our Role

Johnson-Peltier was responsible for the removal, relocation, and installation associated with the B3/B4 Line Consolidation Project.

Johnson-Peltier performed: Installation of the B4 Line with dual back-end capability through the relocation of the existing B3 Jones/Nigrelli packer cell, Installation of (2) two new Standard Knapp drops converted to run bulk glass, Installation of new full case conveyors, Complete demolition of the filler room structures that housed the existing B4 filler, including receptacles, lighting, communication wiring, camera and video display equipment which involved a successful major shutdown
